InTown IT was proudly founded in 2024 as a Limited Liability Company in the heart of Michigan, where our roots run deep. Based in Brighton, where we have lived for over three years, our journey is intertwined with Michigan's thriving communities—communities we've known and cherished all our lives.

Recognizing a gap in local IT services, we saw an opportunity to bring a unique offering to our neighbors. InTown IT was born out of a desire to provide white-glove IT services that not only meet the technical demands of modern users but do so with predictable and transparent pricing. We believe that everyone deserves access to affordable and straightforward IT solutions without any hidden fees or complications.

Our founder brings a robust track record of over 15 years in the professional IT landscape, including an enriching tenure of approximately 5 and a half years at Amazon Web Services where he served in various technical roles assisting startups, small-medium sized businesses, and enterprises. Currently, he continues his passion for IT as an executive at an AWS Partner firm, ensuring that he stays on the cutting edge of technology and service excellence.

The InTown IT team is composed of seasoned experts with decades of cumulative experience across various IT disciplines. Our staff's expertise spans systems administration, networking, storage systems, virtualization, web programming, and cloud computing. We are proficient in all things Microsoft, Apple, and Linux, with a broad skill set that covers many other IT specialties.

InTown IT is proud to be operating out of the garage of our founder, reminiscent of the legendary startups of Silicon Valley giants like Steve Jobs. It was in this modest space that our vision for a client-focused IT service was forged among spare parts and late-night banter. This garage, a symbol of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit, is where we brainstormed how we could take tech challenges and offer user-friendly solutions for our community.
